About Willowwood
Willow Wood Apartments were purchased by Elk Head Properties LLC in spring of 2006. The property consists of three 2 story buildings housing 25 units built in the 70″s and the potential for these apartments to become an excellent place for residents moving to Lawton was seen by the owners. The buildings were structurally sound and in a great location; close to Ft. Sill, shopping, restaurants, both Lawton hospitals, the Goodyear Plant and much more.The new owners immediately started providing the loving care the property needed to become a great place to live:
Willowwood Apartments is now a quiet well maintained place to live and both the owners and managers strive to make it one of the most comfortable, safest and cleanest apartment complexes available in the Lawton-Fort Sill Oklahoma area. Not long after renovating the apartments the owners were made aware of the need for extended stay fully furnished corporate housing that would be provided to residents on a monthly rental agreement.
